Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account information (name, email), your goal and training data (assigned workouts, logged sets, results), typed food logs, progress photos, weight entries, and basic device and usage information.
How it’s used
To run the accountability engine — grading days, applying strikes, generating weekly receipts — and to write your daily coach analysis. We use aggregate usage data to improve the product. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
The food text you type is sent to an AI service to estimate calories and macros. Verdicts are decided by fixed rules, not the AI. Your data is not used to train third-party models.
Storage and security
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres with row-level security). Progress photos live in private storage only you can access. Data is encrypted in transit.
Analytics and crash reporting
We use PostHog for product analytics — behavioral events only, never your food text, injury explanations, notes, or photos. Crash reports are collected via Sentry.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We never see or store your card details.
Data deletion
Email support@obsessed.fitness from your account email to request deletion. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems.
