Acceptance
By creating an account or using Obsessed you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
Obsessed is for adults: you must be 18 or older to create an account. The standard is built around calorie targets and training consequences that are not designed for minors.
The service
Obsessed is a fitness accountability service. It holds you to a training and nutrition standard — the split you enter or import, or one it writes for you — grades what you log against it, and applies in-app consequences: day grades, strikes, and a seven-day program lockout at three strikes. It is a tracking and accountability tool, not a coaching or medical service, and it does not supervise your training.
Your content
The sessions you log, the food you type and the photos you upload stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service — to grade your days, print your receipts and show you your own history — and for nothing else. We do not publish your content, and we do not use it to advertise to you or anyone else.
Subscriptions
Obsessed costs $14.99 per month or $89.99 per year, auto-renewing through your app store account, with a 14-day free trial before the first charge. Cancel anytime in your store’s subscription settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. If prices change, you’ll be told in the app at least 30 days before the new price hits your next renewal.
Refunds
Billing runs through your app store, so refunds do too: on iOS, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, and through the equivalent flow on any other store we add later. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Acceptable use
One account per person. Don’t abuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, don’t resell access to it, and don’t use it in ways that break the law.
Termination and deletion
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Danger Zone, or by emailing support@obsessed.fitness from your account email. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — cancel that in your store’s subscription settings.
Health disclaimer
Obsessed provides fitness accountability, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any training or nutrition program. If you have a history of disordered eating, or any condition affected by diet or exercise, speak to a professional before following calorie targets — the app will hold you to a number, and it cannot tell when that number is wrong for you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the updated date at the top changes with them. If a change materially affects what you are paying for, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use Obsessed after that means you accept it.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoBull Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Maryland, and both you and NoBull Solutions LLC agree to that jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away consumer rights you hold under the law where you live.
